Since 1964, The Village Nursery School has been serving families in the greater Cornwall area, including West Point, Salisbury Mills, New Windsor, and Newburgh.
The Village Nursery School is located on the lower level of the Cornwall Presbyterian Church in Cornwall-on-Hudson, NY (next to Cornwall-on-Hudson Elementary School). We offer a clean, safe, and cheerful environment for children to learn, play and grow academically, emotionally and socially. The classroom offers a bright and colorful space with areas for dress-up and dramatic play, dolls and kitchen area, building with blocks, a workshop, reading books, and other imaginative play with vehicles or dollhouses.
Our fenced in playground is very popular with the students as they love to explore the pirate ship and play in the sandbox. Twice a year the children perform for their families in the beautiful Sanctuary of the church and share refreshments in the Fellowship Hall.
